Return and Refund Policy

At Luxe Fash, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your ladies’ bag, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below for details on how to process a return or request a refund.

Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: You have [30] days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, altered, or damaged.
  • Exclusions: Final sale items, including clearance items and personalized/customized bags, are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Return Request: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at luxefash@solstig.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item.

Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Packaging: Please return the item in its original packaging to ensure it arrives in good condition.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow [7-10] business days for us to process the return and issue a refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • Availability: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to confirm availability. If the new item is of higher value, you will be charged for the difference. If it is of lower value, the difference will be refunded.
  • Process: To exchange an item, you must first return the original item following the steps above and then place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within [7] days of delivery at luxefash@solstig.com. Include a description of the issue and photos of the damage or defect.
